Every time I go shopping at Costco, I come home with a bag of asparagus. And now that the spring is almost here, it will be in season pretty soon and on sale in most grocery stores! My friends asked me to post more fish recipes, and I am happy to do so, as I love fish myself, and cook it pretty often.
