Paw paw fruit (2)

Have you ever heard of Paw paw fruit? It’s also called poor man’s banana. I learned about it and tasted it for me first time yesterday on our walk through the Riverbend Park (Great Falls, Virginia).

As we enjoyed our walk, breathtaking views, and fresh air, my friend mentioned a new fruit she and her husband tasted recently. » Read more

Sour cream and strawberries desert (15)

Here I am suggesting sour cream, or probably even plain yogurt for a healthier version. Sometimes I use fresh berries, sometimes frozen, sometimes- both, as I did here. These ingredients yield 3 (1-Cup) servings of the dessert. » Read more
