What can I say- the name of this dessert speaks for itself! We all know the ‘strawberries and cream’ combination. Here I am suggesting sour cream, or probably even plain yogurt for a healthier version. Sometimes I use fresh berries, sometimes frozen, sometimes- both, as I did here.
