Pancakes…Who doesn’t love them:) Honestly, I try not to make them at all because then I just cannot stop eating….But today my son is home from college, and I want to spoil him a little (well, and myself too I guess :)

Buttermilk pancakes are my favorite, and this morning I have decided to add apples to the batter. The result- heavenly deliciousness! The crunch of apples, hint of cinnamon…add to that a dollop of sour cream (or yogurt) and a little of maple syrup (or honey), and your taste buds will be happy:)

If you have fresh cherries or try my favorite canned ones, you can make Cherry Buttermilk Pancakes too.
